every time I try to upload, I get Disabled because of maintenance, please try again in a few hours.

for those who face the same problem, there is no solving it, you just try to upload and if you are lucky enough, it works.........................
day 5 of Disabled because of maintenance, ADMINS W. T. F. , its like you don't want us to upload/
....................................
day 7 so I Changed my IP, restart the Pc, Uninstalled my old browser and installed a new one, removed the cookies and anything web related for the hard disk and even went as far as to try using mobile data to see if uploading works
and guess what 
I STILL GET (Disabled because of maintenance), LIKE FK!!!!!!!!!!!, WHY WHY WHYYYYYYYYY??????????
